Fast Floor engaged by Abtec Network Systems for outsourced marketing - 16 Dec 2009
Highly respected and successful Leicestershire based IT business Abtec Network Systems have outsourced their marketing to Fast Floor recently.
The Market Harborough based company have committed to a 12 month programme of marketing & communication improvements following a strategic review undertaken by us.
Providing engaging and clear communication for IT based companies is often a challenge. This, coupled with the healthy growth of the business and an increase in the diversity of Abtec's offering led them to ask us about how our skills could help introduce a significant change to the way the company communicated with it's diverse audience.
The remit agreed within the Outsourced Marketing Model includes a brand refresh and a fresh corporate identity framework. We are also helping to introduce a new divisional structure with corresponding new naming and strap lines within the business, as part of this new framework. Other projects include a new Multi-Domain Content Managed Website, allowing each new division to communicate it's offering on a dedicated domain name - whilst the management of this content is held centrally in one administrative module, new Powerpoint templates and a new image library.
As with most Outsourced Marketing Models of this type, we are acting as their entire marketing department, being responsible for leading a programme of significant improvement and delivering specific projects to fulfill this. The programme is also enhanced by a series of quarterly reviews.
